Our Process
Initial Visit
Our initial visit to the property usually takes about an hour. We can provide feedback about any pre-listing conditions to help get the home market ready. We will also view the home to evaluate the style and size of the home and the information we collect during this visit is what we use to write our estimate. We collaborate with our sellers and agents about suggestions/ideas and any special needs.
Estimate
Next, a staging estimate/contract is submitted. The estimate will show the initial staging cost, what rooms will be staged, the monthly staging rental cost, HomeStage cancellation policies, and HomeStage payment policies.
When the estimate is signed and returned we will coordinate a staging installation date.
Staging Install
After arrival at your home, our team will complete the installation usually with in the same day.
De-Staging
Once we receive notice that the home has sold we will again coordinate with our clients to remove staging within 15 days of notification. Most often this can happen within a very responsive timeline, depending on market conditions and our logistics.
